Job Description
We are looking for an individual with a desire to be part of a team growing at a pace and challenging the market; you will have the energy, drive, and above all passion, to want to be part of this exciting, complex and fast moving team for Food Services, a highly successful and leading edge business unit within Kuehne + Nagel. This role will support and ensure that all operational support activities including the reconciliation of invoices to purchase orders are accurate, to ensure the purchase & sales ledger requirements are met. Ensuring the daily internal system requirements are completed in line with the contract requirements and to report in a timely fashion the additional services provided within the contract.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
· Maintain effective administration processes to support the depots in delivering key KPI's and ensuring specific function related KPI's are accurately recorded and managed
· To ensure the required activities for maintaining the parked / block reports are completed within the required timescales
· To raise required PO's for non stock held items supporting the operations and ensuring that receipt is within the required time., also to ensure invoice correctly matches the original PO
· Provision of the sales invoicing / credits for the operation including customer and supplier
· Collation of external transportation costs and processing in accordance to requirement
· Ensure invoiced goods matches system generated PO and claiming any exceptions including goods inwards quantity and price issues for all areas of the service offering to the client
· Liaison with the customer around business function activities and where appropriate providing data internally and externally
· Advise the Team leader or manager of potential issues and resolutions to these as required
Your Skills and Experience
· Proven basic literacy and numeracy skills at Secondary school level
· Good communication skills
· Good understanding of the operation and business needs
· Ability to perform under pressure
· Able to use initiative
· Team player
· Customer focused
· PC literate
