Sales Development in & around Coimbatore. Response of opening up of New Markets and Biz generation.
Your tasks and responsibilities
•Sales & Business Development
•Main focus should be on Sea Freight Product (80% of the budget should be achieved from Sea Freight), in terms of volume i.e. TEU / CBM
•To identify qualified prospect and convert into business – Primarily focusing on Seafreight prospects.
•Update Core-Log on daily basis with New Organizations, Activities, Opportunities, Sales Leads
•To ensure proper SOP in place for clients having regular shipments with KN
•To monitor whether the shipments are handled and coordinated properly and support coordinator / Customer service or operation as and when required. To achieve individual revenue figures allotted in the budget
•Market Intelligence (To keep updated about competition activities, freight rates etc.)
Your skills and experience
•3+ years of experience in sales from logistics/Freight forwarding industry.
•Preferably MBA in Shipping & logistics.
