With a high attention to detail and analytical skills you will support the implementation and use of Kuehne + Nagel customer applications, supporting your colleagues in sales in order to offer the right solutions for our customer's needs.
YOUR ROLE
As a Customer Solutions Support, you will support the use, implementation and administration of Kuehne + Nagel's customer applications. Through accuracy in your work, you will support the successful go live implementation of new customers as well. By supporting and providing training for Kuehne + Nagel colleagues, you will help to secure new business and find new ways of supporting our existing customers. For a confident and analytical person with expertise in freight forwarding and a customer-centric approach we can provide training in the technical aspects of the role.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Implementation and administration of accounts in Kuehne + Nagel customer applications
· Supporting sales and operations colleagues, and customers with the portfolio of applications
· Customer set up in Kuehne + Nagel applications to ensure a smooth go live process
· Understanding the customer's end-to-end business process to create EDI logical mappings
· Providing training in the use of applications to colleagues and customers
· Creating standardised as well as tailor-made customer reports
· Day to day troubleshooting, investigating the root cause and implementing a permanent fix
· Support sales colleagues to secure business by offering the right solutions for the customer's needs
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
· An excellent knowledge of freight forwarding processes
· Proven technical skills in analytics, reporting, EDI, or the use of formulas or coding would be an advantage
· Analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify the root cause and take corrective action
· Highly motivated and driven to complete tasks with urgency
· A high attention to detail and precision is a must for this position
· A confident communicator and presenter with a high level of accuracy in written communication
· High customer orientation and focus
· A driving license and willingness to travel are required for the position
