Service Delivery Administrator

Are you looking for a new challenge for 2020? We have a great opportunity for a Service Delivery Administrator to join our our team at Trafford Park, Manchester working on our Greene King Contract.

Your Role

The successful candidate will co-ordinate, compile and monitor MI activity in the Customer Services Department, providing regular reporting with analysis commentary. You will own the claims process providing reporting, commentary and trend analysis in addition to engaging with the customer when required to provide feedback and updates.

Your Responsibilities

·  To assist with the design and production of weekly and monthly KPI packs to be presented internally and externally
·  To assist with the design and production of daily reports to include and not be limited to; Customer Services call stats, PQS performance, Complaints response times and root cause, duplicate orders and EDI report commentary
·  To manage the end to end claims process in Customer Services liaising with Transport, Warehouse and the customer, and producing appropriate reports, trend analysis and root cause
·  To produce stats required for weekly calls with the customer providing commentary, and trend analysis
·  To be able to provide adhoc reports, analysis and commentary on an as a when needed basis both internally and externally
·  Liaise with all stakeholders regarding items which have stocked out on delivery day
·  Advise the customer of potential issues and resolutions to these as required
·  Supporting the contract in other administrative duties where necessary

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, (pivot, lookup, data manipulation)
·  Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills
·  High level of customer focus
·  Change Management experience
·  Good organisational skills, with high level of attention to detail
·  Analytical & Problem Solving Experience
·  Resilient, with ability to work to tight deadlines
·  Ability to perform under pressure
·  Able to use own initiative
