Customer Service Broker

Your Role

Process Custom, and ISF Bond billing and credits. Corporate Bond includes CFI, ReTrans and all of KN bonds including FTZ and Pharma.

Your Responsibilities

•       Corporate License Renewal as well as maintain individual licenses
•       Direct Customer monthly Report
•       Quarterly Incentive Report Branch
•       GFH Monthly Insurance Premium Report (Hamburg Germany)
•       QSHE Deputy Fire Warden for the office at 30 Montgomery
•       Receptionist duties (i.e. phones, WH files year end storage, New yearly folders etc.)
•       Clerical duties (Excel reports, Process PO’s, etc.)
•       Pick up / drop off mail and supplies (post office and Exchange Place daily)
•       Order office supplies ACON
•       Maintain filling system
•       Set up New customer files
•       Review, process and follow up on monthly billings
•       AR Report
•       Process and bill Carnet Bonds (support)
•       Process and monitor A/R’s (w/ strict timelines to following up on payments within two weeks.)
•       Process Individual Incentive reports and payments
•       Claims (Recovery, update & close out claims)
•       Cash Allocation (Deposits)
•       Conference room scheduling for 30 Montgomery
•       Process Custom, and ISF Bond billing and credits. Corporate Bond includes CFI, ReTrans and all of KN bonds including FTZ and Pharma.  

•       Additional Duties that require a NJ P&C license
•       Referrals, Audits in Oceanwide
•       3rd Party Pre-Cancellation & Cancellations Notices
•       Review and process Kuehne + Nagel (KN) monthly premium audits
•       Issue certificates of insurance for third party customers and KN LC requirements
•       Process and book domestic shipments

Your Skills and Experiences

•    Must hold NJ Individual Insurance licenses for Property & Casualty
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Advanced personal computer skills and demonstrated competency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access data base.
•    Strong detail-orientation, coordination and organization skills. Proven experience and ability in organizing and prioritizing workload.
