Booking executive | Ho Chi Minh City | req46960
Ensure the shipments are planned, arranged and loaded based on customer instructions.
YOUR ROLE
Ensure booking confirmation to be released timely and accurately to vendors.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide the necessary trainings to vendors on how to place the booking with KN.
· Receive vendor bookings submitted via EDI or manual.
· Create SO no and update manual booking into GTN
· Convince vendors to submit bookings via EDI instead of manual one.
· Ensure vendor bookings to be placed with full information as per SOP / DIA requirements.
· Check and Approve GTN booking and release GTN booking confirmation to vendors within agreed SOP timeline
· Create and update job file per SO in CIEL.
· Record late / revised bookings in vendor compliant report.
· Ensure the list of GTN bookings to be provided timely and accurately to Shipment Planning team for Cargo Planning and SPR release to customer.
· Ensure all approved SOs are reflected in WMS for CFS cargo receiving
· Manage vendor performance in term of booking accuracy & timeliness to minimize the impacts to shipment planning step.
· Receive the cargo trouble reports included photos from CFS team, send to vendors and manage them to fix within allowed timeline / before container loading.
· Receive CY bookings and approve and release booking confirmation based on the instruction of Shipment Planning team.
· Be willing to support team / colleagues in peak season / high workload.
· Initiate and propose new ideas to improve the GTN platform / booking handling process based on vendor / customer requirements
· Other duties as assigned. Internal Site
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
· Possess Bachelor degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field
· At least 1 year experienced in export process
· Good knowledge in Shipping/ Forwarding
· Good at customer service & solving problem skills
· Good English communication skill (both verbal & written)
