·  Responsible for customer service excellence in Eastern Canada;
·  Structure workflow and operations on a regional level and support OEMs efficiency initiatives
·  Actively participates in the implementation of the organization’s strategy relative to working instructions,
·  Standard operating procedures and efficiency objectives.
·  Application of SOP;
·  Directing and controlling operations;
·  Performing export operations ; Performing and managing Air freight Export Gateway operations
·  Accountable for the arrangement & monitoring of freight;
·  Communicates, develops and maintains customer & carrier relationships;
·  Training & coaching of employees;
·  Ensuring to meet company’s KPI’s (divisional & financial KPI) and data quality requirements;
·  P&L and budget responsibility for Air Export for the Eastern region;
·  Completion of airfreight tasks as per requirement
·  Ensure Regulatory Compliance (i.e. Transport Canada & Canada Customs compliance, DG,…etc)
·  FSL responsibility for Air Export the Eastern Region shared & in alignment with OEM
·  Timely Invoicing/ Meeting-exceeding invoicing KPI;
·  Payable responsibility for the Eastern region; verification of Airfreight Export Cass; Issuance of DCMs & monthly follow up & collection of DCMs;
·  Customer clams, Claim filing with carriers and collection of claims;
·  Preparing ad hoc reports and meeting presentations as required;
·  Supports the organization’s strategy by providing data and recommendations on costing, operational alternatives and creating efficiencies;
·  Support of pricing for the Eastern region;
·  Participates in Business promotion and Development within the Region; interfaces with customers and other divisional operations staff throughout KN;
·  Support & monitoring of the KN PharmaChain & KN EngineChain product and processes within the respective sphere of responsibility;
·  Supporting and actively participating in regionalization of airfreight Export team;
·  Other tasks as may be assigned by the Company.

Your skills and experience

• 2-3 + years supervisory background in Logistics, in Airfreight.
• In depth knowledge of freight forwarding
• Excellent Customer service and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently but also lead team in understanding processes and regulations
• Highly analytical, process driven, and detail oriented
• Bilingual (French) preferred
• Ability to travel Dorval/Montreal area
