How do manufacturers ensure finished goods leave the port in time for delivery to their destinations? Our airfreight export customer service team works closely with customers and customs brokers to ensure loading and export clearances are executed on schedule. Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Receive new orders placed by client and request the relevant documentation from client.
·  Ensure that cargo is collected and ready for carriage – ensure that cargo is correctly labeled, packaged and packed.
·  Arrange customs examinations when necessary.
·  Prepare the cost sheet and invoice.
·  Ensure delivery of invoice to client not later than 48 hours after invoice.
·  Follow up on payment of invoice by client.
·  Complete accruals of all costs within 48 hours after invoicing.

Your skills and experience

To be considered, you should have a good understanding of export procedures and airfreight forwarding knowledge. You have good telephone skills and has a customer-focused mindset.
