Job description

Drive the strategy of KN+Next Gen in Asia Pacific.

Your Role

Responsible for maintain Bangkok Airways account and keep good customer relationship and provide the best service to meet customer requirement.

Your Responsibilities

·  Closely communication with Bangkok Airways staffs to get shipping instruction.
·  Closely cooperate with Airfreight Manager and concerned parties for Airfreight Import/Export shipments arrangement.
·  To handle AOG, Critical or aircraft part shipments as per instruction and deadline.
·  Cooperates with overseas to push aircraft part import shipments or AOG to meet with customer request.
·  Cooperate AOT to verify DG document based on Dangerous goods shipments as per DG regulation.
·  Monitor Airfreight Import/Export shipments until arrival at destination as scheduled and any irregularities on shipments must be informed customer at once and follow up until it was recovery with proper solution.
·  Expand business to related account such as other airline activity business concerned.
·  Follow up and monitor payment with customer in due date without o/s or late.
·  Keep good performance as company representative while being worked at customer office. (Bangkok Airways)
·  Provide good information to customer or to be good assistance to them in any suitable chance.
·  Perform all report concerned.
·  Update customer information and market situation.
·  Participation internal and external training.
·  Full support Airfreight Manager business growth following to company policy.

Your Skills and Experiences

·  Thai Nationality
·  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
·  Minimum 3 years’ experience in Airfreight forwarding
·  Minimum 3 years’ experience to operational handling of aerospace export and import shipments.
·  Excellent customer interface experience and problem solving skill
·  Good analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
·  Advanced command in English both oral and written
