Job Description

We are currently seeking a Junior Go-to-Market EMEA Specialist as part of our Go-to-Market team in our HQ in Milan.

How you will contribute

·  Monitoring Brand performance across EMEA markets and channels
·  Collecting data, running analysis and preparing presentation to be shared with the Global Head of Marketing
·  Preparing quarterly report on distribution KPIs
·  Collecting data needed and preparing documents through the coordination with the different functions (Finance, IT & Planning, Customer Service, Product)  
·  Work with key EMEA markets to identify opportunity and anticipate business challenges
·  Ensuring that all commercial activities across EMEA markets and channels are aligned to improve the sales targets and efficiency indicators

Who you are

·  University graduate in business administration and/or engineering
·  A professional with excellent Analytical skills
·  With strong focus on results and respect of deadlines
·  A dynamic, proactive, flexible and curious individual, fast learner and committed to teamwork
·  A strong team player and excellent communicator with entrepreneurship autonomy and problem solving skills
·  Clear and open communication
·  Extremely organized and details oriented
·  With advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point
·  An English and Italian fluent speaker, French is a plus
·  With passion and enthusiasm
