Junior Accountant (m/f)

Job description

· · Support with monthly closure
· · Support with budget, forecasts and cash flows
· · Provide guidance and serve as contact to support AR/AP/GL functions and related matters
· · Review and validate invoices for payment, ensure accuracy and meet payment timeline
· · Perform accounting / KPI related analysis
· · Analyzing of financial data and financial reports, statements and projections
· · Ensure that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained
· · Working across departments to enable joined up decision making based upon financial data
· · Ensure properly documented financial data within the department
· · Liaison with the Italian headquarter

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  · Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting, controlling experience is a plus
·  · Good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands-on approach
·  · Basic knowledge of HGB and IFRS
·  · Structured approach gained through experience in excellent environments
·  · Mature personality, self-motivation, positive attitude
·  · Confident with MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
·  · Good language skills in German and English
