Role Mission:

Within the EMEAIR Finance Department, the HR Cost Control team is responsible for ensuring excellence in taking under control the personnel cost, for retrieving and processing data by comparing actual and forecast budget and using specific procedures and tools

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

·  Monthly closure in terms of FTE and Cost
·  Budget and forecast Process, working closely with Retail and Regional HR and Finance Team
·  Analysis of personnel cost through the specific and dedicated tools
·  Periodic analysis of personnel costs and evolution of FTE (variance analysis, vacant positions, etc.)
·  Guarantee the consistency and quality data in the HR and Finance system
·  Preparing timely and accurate monthly personnel cost reports (including bridge data analysis and deviation analysis), providing structured feedback on main topics and trends
·  Monitoring KPIs analysis (e.g. turnover, productivity, etc.)
·  Design and implementation of ad hoc analysis in order to provide useful insight and information to the management

Key Requirements

·  Previous 2/3 years of working experience in the Finance, Accounting & Control department of multinational company or consulting firm
·  Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics or Management Engineering
·  Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
·  Excellent numerical and analytical skills
·  Strong attention to details
·  Excellent English communication skills 
·  Strong team-working skills
·  High discretion due to the management of confidential information
·  Ability to work to stringent deadlines
·  Excellent time management and follow up skills
·  Reliably proactive, motivated, enthusiastic, and focused on achieving great results
