Job Description

Job Title         :           CRM Assistant

Reports To     :           Retail Manager

Division          :           Balenciaga Korea

Location         :           Korea

SUMMARY:  The CRM Officer will be the first point of contact and play a key role in the execution of LUCE project. This position is also responsible for examining and monitoring Balenciaga Korea's practices with existing customers, helping ensure that retention levels are as high as possible. Additional task is to analyze data to find ways to attract new customers, as well as assist in the rollout of such measures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·             Coordinate and assist with LUCE project launch in implementing new digitalization processes in retail stores

·             Conduct in-store training and follow up with all stores to ensure the OMNICHANNEL IN-STORE CLIENT JOURNEY initiatives work effectively

·             Be responsible for managing and handling IT devices/tools related to LUCE

·             Provide regular reporting on LUCE usage and analysis on customer retention, segmentation, etc.

·             Manage customer engagement activities including collecting customer profiles and feedback, handling customer gifts, etc.

·             Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and correctly within the specified/required timeframes

QUALIFICATIONS

·             Minimum 3 years of work experience preferably in retail industry

·             Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred in one or more of the following degrees: Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, etc.

·             Ability to multi task and support major projects in parallel

·             Detail oriented with excellent administrative skills

·             Hands-on, practical problem solving and ability to complete tasks within set timeframes
