We have an opening for you to grow with us in our GBS Support team as an Associate IT Operations Analyst – in Battle Creek, MI. This critical role will focus on supporting the business in Financial applications. You'll solve complex problems and learn with the team.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

· Application Support : As an Associate IT Operations Analyst, you'll participate in 2nd and 3rd level support of Kellogg's Financial Applications for users across the Kellogg Company, globally. You'll be troubleshooting complex issues with multiple teams, and communicating with different groups across the organization.
· Operations Analysis : You'll assist your Financial partners to understand the source of data, or data validation. This team works cross functionally as end to end owners of a process. You'll manage the entire support process, working with Data Services, Data Integrations, vendors and with the Business. You're a critical part of the financial close process.

Qualifications :

Required Skills :

·  High School Diploma or GED
·  Basic knowledge of financial business operations and IT processes
·  Ability to gather and analyze complex data to drive resolution
·  A passion for using technology to solve problems
·  A history of being a self-starter, innovative and creating success in ambiguous situations
·  Excellent communication skills, proficiency in leading meetings and delivering effective presentations
·  Expert at use of Microsoft Suite programs (Excel, Access)

Bonus Points :

·  Bachelor's degree in related field
·  Experience in Financial analysis or Financial software support
