Job description
· Phone Representative
· Process orders, forms and applications
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries
· Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
· Performing administrative functions
· Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
· Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
· Transfer product related complaints to the designated complaint handling center immediately
· Execute project based on initiatives as per JJVC direction and guidance
· Escalate issues to relevant function as per requirement in each market company
· Execute the product field action as per instruction from the company
· On time completion of training courses assigned;
· Execute the company procedures;
· Report significant quality event and product complaints according to related company policy and procedure
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Computer literate – Chinese/ English, familiar with Outlook, Excel, Word
· Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
· Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
· Communication skills - verbal and written
· Listening skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
