To strengthen our Team in Norderstedt, Germany, we are looking for a

Product Manager (m/f) Biosens Webster

The purpose of this role is to manage the Biosense Webster product portfolio in Germany to drive product penetration and increase marketshare in the electrophysiology segment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

· Manages the Biosense WebsterProduct Portfolio of Catheters, Hardware / Softwareand Service
· Develops and conducts market researchand market potentialanalysis
· Develops and executes sales analysis (e.g. new product performance, customer adoption rating, customer sales performance)
· Defines sales strategies and activities based on marketand sales analysis
· Defines and implements sales strategy for full BiosenseWebster Product Portfolio (e.g. kits for product portfolio cross-selling, strategicsales tools for new products/indications)
· Plans and executes product launches (incl.price definition, launch plan, launchactivities, post launch performance measurement)
· Development of segmentAnnual Marketing Plan incl strategy,tactics and budget bottom-up planning
· Further development and executionof existing value-based sellingtools (e.g. E(P)xcellence)
· Congress planning and organization (focus:annual DGK congress, Herztage, CSI)
· Conducts producttrainings
· New productforecast and supply chain overview
· Key contact for productrelated questions for field force
· Establishes strong workingrelationship to EMEA Marketing
· Monitors and tracks competitive trends and information and provideskey competitor information and rebuttals
· Builds sustainable relationship to Key Opinion Leaders and participates in congresses acrossthe DACH/EMEA regions
· Providing input in organizational development and supporting change processes, e.g. setup of new Center of Excellence, New Product Launch processes
· Point of Contact for HEMA, ProfEd, Donations & Sponsoring
· Liaise closely with Clinical Development functions to integrate their learnings from Early Evaluation phases into commercial (marketing`s responsibility) launch phases (Limited and Full Market Release)

Seeked profile

Qualifications :

·  Bachelor or Master Degree in BusinessManagement / Marketing, preferably in combination with Medical Engineering or Information Management
·  3-5 Years experience in medical device sales
·  Strong affinity to Technology
·  High enthusiasm and interesting complex medical devices
·  Strong customer orientation
·  Strong analytic skills combined with strategic and solution-oriented thinking
·  Excellent skills in standardtools (MS Office, sales analysis Tools)
·  Creative and self-driven, excellent communication and presentation skills
·  Willingness to travel across Germany
·  Good German skills (oral and written)
·  Good English skills (oral and written)
