The Principal Training Coordinator manages the identification and assignment of training requirements system by position/role (training curricula), coordinates evaluation/effectiveness of training and reports the results to applicable personnel. Training Coordinator can manage the training orientation module for new hires. Training Coordinator is responsible to maintain the current training electronic system and training records. Training Coordinator might be required to supervise or work directly with other employees from the organization. Training Coordinator generally reports to the training leader or to the assigned department's manager.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate projects or activities executed by Training Coordinators II and Sr., as well as Trainers. (Orientation program, operator certification, Cross training, TWI (Training within Industry), intern and external audits).
• Expert in the organization of management process of Curricula and Training Records
• Expert in electronic training system. Serves as the principal trainer for the electronic training system for all functions throughout the organization.
• Certified trainer to deliver training in their specialty areas.
• Guide the organization in the preparation of functional training curricula in operations for the New Products area or production lines.
• Lead the rest of coordinators in the preparation of training information for Mexican legal-external agencies/entities.
• Support as an expert in the electronic training system, management of training curricula and records during audits and inspections.
• Training report preparation for the Metrics Report system.
• Can create procedures and/or collaborate regarding the training processes (management of training curricula, training records, TWI (Training Within Industry), OpCert, archival of training records, regulatory external agencies, operator certification, audit processes, etc.).
• Communicate any situation related to the company to the following management level.
• Evaluate site's needs and perform an analysis of the tasks as support for the development of training programs, technical areas, systems, etc.
• Work with the site's departments for the development of training programs that cover the compliance requirements of each position.
• Represent the training department in enterprise programs. Can serve as a representative with internal and external auditors.
• Perform any other task as required.
• The Principal Training Coordinator could have supervision responsibilities and could be required to supervise or work with other employees from the organization.

Desired profile

Qualifications
• A minimum of a Technical Career of 2+ years in Management, Human Resources, Engineering or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required
• Presentation skills as well as verbal and written communication skills are required
• Working knowledge GMP/ ISO is required
• Working knowledge Cross-training planning is required
• Training Systems knowledge is preferred
• Software knowledge, preferably in Learning Management System is required
• Experience working with the FDA and/or European regulatory environment is preferred.
• This position is located in Madison, WI and requires up to 25% of travel.
