At DePuy Synthes, our Operations team plays a vital role in helping orthopaedic surgeons perform life changing surgical procedures. They are responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of surgical orthopaedic equipment to hospitals whilst providing an exceptional level of service.

Due to Parental Leave an opportunity has arisen for an Operations Technician to join our Auckland based team on a Fixed Term basis (10 months).

The primary focus of this role is to work with the team in the the building of orthopaedic kits. You will be involved in:

·  Partnering with hospital customers regarding returned stock, cycle counts and expired stock
·  Working with the Planning team to ensure correct stock is ordered and returned
·  Manage the demand and timelines for kit builds by effectively tracking the order to build lead times.
·  Process power tool management repairs and returns
·  Managing surgeon information and order preferences in SAP

You will have:

·  Experience working with Bill of Materials
·  Demonstrated track record in processing orders
·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
·  Customer service experience in a complex environment
·  Ability to work under pressure
·  Exceptionally strong attention to detail
·  Excellent problem solving skills
