In the dynamic and challenging world of medical sales, the J&J Medical Devices Loan Kits team is integral to successful delivery of extraordinary service to the customers and patients that we serve. An opportunity is available for a friendly and self-motivated individual to join our Loan Kits team.

The key focus of this role is to ensure accurate assembly of orthopedic loan sets that are sent to hospitals for patients undergoing life changing orthopedic procedures.

You will have an important role within the organisation ensuring surgical Loan Kits are delivered in full and on time to meet all customer orders.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

·  Receiving, inspecting and dispatch of loan sets for surgery
·  Processing and handling customer enquiries from internal and external customers
·  Inventory control and stock review as necessary
·  Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless service is provided to our customers The importance of such a role must not be overlooked. It is imperative to the customers we serve that our team executes this task efficiently and accurately, because the reality is that if we get it wrong, it impacts a patient's life.

We have kits that support emergency trauma cases and as such there will be a need for this role to work as part of a 24 hour, on-call roster that is shared amongst the team. During peak periods, there will be over time however for both overtime and on-call work, you will be compensated accordingly.
