Responsibilities

· Perform data, technology, and business activities that will drive UDI compliance to Global regulations with particular focus on the European Union Medical device Regulation
· Work with MDR Workstream leads, vendors, team members from IT and J&J Supply Chain, multiple functional representatives, as well as UDI team members from the operating companies in the development of the J&J Global UDI solution
· Serve as a team member for multiple threads of this large, multi-phase project; be responsible for working with operating companies to provide guidance in the collection, review, and submission of data; ensuring that users are properly trained and have the appropriate authorization
· Participate in the development of training and presentations to project teams and internal stakeholders
· Participate in specific project teams within this program
· Keep abreast of new/existing UDI regulations and published/pending regulations for other countries
· Work with Organizational Change Management and Communications team members to develop appropriate documents for internal and external stakeholders

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  A Bachelor's degree is required preferably in Supply Chain, Information Systems or a technical degree
·  A MBA or equivalent would be a major plus
·  2+ years of professional experience is preferred
·  Knowledge of the EU Medical Device Directive and /or Medical Device Regulation is preferred
·  Experience with data analysis / mining is preferred
·  Experience working in a regulated environment, a healthcare environment or in the medical device industry is preferred
·  Experience working on projects and cross functional teams which include a technology component is preferred
·  Experience with Johnson & Johnson's SDLC (Software development life cycle) process is preferred
·  Demonstrated knowledge of Access and Excel is required
·  Demonstrated knowledge of key project management technologies (such as MS Project, SharePoint) is preferred
·  Project management experience is a plus
·  Outstanding communication skills are required
·  This position may require up to 25% international travel
