Cash Collections & Credit Management Representative with German

Location: Prague

Contract: Full time, unlimited contract

What will you be responsible for?

·  Responsible for Cash Collections and Credit Management for German speaking countries
·  Communication with clients of Johnson and Johnson – opticians and pharmacies (in Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
·  Cash Collections – reminding payments from clients who didn’t pay on time - over phone and email - discussion about reasons, looking for solutions
·  Order release – decision about customers receiving their goods or not, in case order is blocked
·  Timely and accurate reporting

Desired profile

Qualifications

·  Native or excellent in German – written and spoken is required
·  Advanced in English
·  We would be pleased if you can start asap
·  Previous experience in customer service or finance environment is an advantage
·  Excellent communication skills - not afraid to communicate via the phone
·  Ability to take responsibility and work independently
·  Positive personality who is able to work in the team
