Job Title: RTP Specialist - Audit, Requisition To Pay (RTP)
Organization: Johnson & Johnson, Global Services (GS) Procurement – Asia Pacific (Manila)
Work Location: Manila, Philippines

The RTP Audit Specialist is responsible for ensuring all processed invoices, supplier master data, and accounts payable reports are accurate and compliant in accordance to policies and procedures for specific business sector(s) and countries serviced by GS Procurement - Asia Pacific (Manila) in J&J.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Audit and Compliance

Ensure that invoices are accurately posted
·  Perform quality check on all invoices posted by the third party partner in accordance with defined audit guidelines
Ensure that vendor master data are accurately maintained
·  Perform quality review on all vendor master data changes with alignment to the Policies and Procedures

Generate, review and validate various Accounts Payable reports

Error Correction
·  Handle any errors discovered. Catch and correct all errors before payment is generated.

Compliance to SOX rules and guidelines

·  Ensure that all work being done is in compliance with SOX policies and guidelines.
·  Help the team to confirm that all controls are working properly and effectively; and, raise issues and area for development

Customer Service

·  Deliver service excellence and improve customer service and satisfaction
·  Develop effective working relationships with key partners (external / internal customers, co-workers)
·  Perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved within the Service Level Agreements (SLA)
·  Ensure proper and timely escalation of issues so that they are resolved to meet expectations

Continuous Improvement

·  Find opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovate solutions so the team can operate in an efficient and cost effective manner

Desired profile

Qualifications

·  Graduate of a university/college degree
·  1-3 years experience in the accounts payable function;
·  Professional certification (e.g. CPA) desirable
