Poste et missions:
To help maintain and build solid relationships with Airports and Transits Authorities and be their main point of contact and sounding board for any new developments, requests, commercial queries or other concerns that they may encounter. To liaise and work with all internal departments to make sure that requests from Airports and Transits Authorities are dealt with efficiently and to drive growth of new concessions and profitability.
Key responsibilities of the role
- Assisting in communicating on a regular basis with Airports and Transits Authorities media team to make sure that existing strategies for product placement are followed through according to the business plan.
- Helping in directing and managing efficiency within the Airports and Transits Authorities team. Providing leadership to the development team as well as managing and coaching the local development manager to get the most out of the team. This includes weekly team meetings and catch ups as well as monthly one on ones with the local development manager.
- Provide market insights and analysis to support new products / advertising sites in the business plan
- Assisting with Tender submissions, Requests for Proposal and implementation of tenders
- Prepare documentation from a PowerPoint presentation to develop sites, create media offer, marketing presentations
- Follow up for renewal of contracts and expired approvals to maintain our holdings
- Multitasking ability as the VIE will deal with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Legal, HR, Development, and Operations
Profil:
- Months/years of experience : none to 2
- Languages : English/French, Portuguese is a plus
- Level of studies : Business school,
