Your tasks:
- Prepare building measures for our street furniture
- Support the project
- and construction management
- Coordinate the target with departments
- Documentation of the project progress
- Prepare project schedules
- Arrange, coordinate and observe appointment
- Record and supply of technical data and generate schemas
- Recording project cost control
Our requirement:
- Expertise and professional experience in project management especially in building trades or other technical fields
- Professional experience in the construction industry
- Professional competence in technical fields
- Profound knowledge in handling building measure
- Structured and independent method of operation
- Good working knowledge of data processing (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS-Project)
- Flexibility, ability to work in a team and under pressure/ loading capacity
- Driving license class B (in the past class III)
- Excellent German communication (spoken and written) skills
