As Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the health of products through their lifecycle and proper use, making recommendations for improvements. You’ll provide analytical support across concurrent projects and initiatives in the CRM, Case & Campaign Management, and Events & Experiences Product Domain.
You’ll provide high quality analytical services to the relevant domain and learn to understand the business needs of the client, providing potential options. Through helping prepare presentations to the IT and business Leadership you’ll drive alignment and initiate understanding of technical solutions in response to evolving business needs,
Acting as a Product Subject Matter Expert (SME) you’ll gain a deep understanding of the business processes, and the commercial product service levels that support them and how these map to technology. Mapping business vision and requirements into a managed Product Roadmap for your product area, you’ll highlight the product capabilities and IT services that the business will require over time to meet their business plan.
You’ll also work with product manufacturers to highlight the business opportunities through product capabilities, or feed requirements into vendor roadmaps to meet future business needs.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You’ll need an understanding of agile methods, including leading stands ups, creating and controlling product backlogs, and developing minimum viable products. As well as being able to report on burn down progress/velocity, you’ll also be experienced in leading the design of non-functional requirements and clear acceptance criteria.
You’ll have a background in developing proof of concept approaches, with the ability to create static functional requirements and experience in designing and leading requirements workshops.
With the ability to drive key volumetric and trend data to input into non-functional requirements, growth plans, and business cases you’ll challenge business and keep requirements true to vision and benefit, not just creating wishlists.
