For our B2B business, JDE Professional BeLux, we are looking for a driven digital marketer to be the driving force in further developing, supporting and optimising our online marketing channels.

What you will do

·  You will be our Belgian B2B business digital expert , and you will work in close collaboration with the Global Digital team and the Dutch team.
·  You and the Global Digital team will draw up the long- & short-term digital roadmap and translate it into a strong online plan, taking into account our local business strategy.
·  You will evaluate and advise us on the digital tools (app, online campaigns, CRM strategy, ...) we need to develop, implement and/or optimise to achieve our ambition.
·  You will optimise our SEA, SEO, social advertising, e-mail marketing and conversion strategy and manage the ROI of these activities.
·  You will be the driving force supporting digital innovations within the various departments.
·  You will be the Business Process Owner (BPO) of the digital aspect of our Salesforce software.
·  You will develop the e-commerce business for JDE Professional BeLux.
·  You will ensure the successful launch of our (new) B2B webshop.
·  You will see to the necessary value creation of our B2B webshop using acquisition plans, retention strategies and cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
·  You will take care of CRM Marketing Automation as part of our Customer Engagement Journey.
·  You will map the various touchpoints within the customer journey and coordinate the digital approach with the offline contact moments.
·  You will determine the strategic CRM Marketing Automation framework and translate it into a concrete local approach.
·  You will roll out various e-mail marketing journeys and campaign e-mails using rigorous data analysis to continuously optimise them.
·  You will manage our social media channels (for content & awareness campaigns).
·  You and your marketing colleagues will manage our website and our social media channels and coordinate the approach on these channels with the online lead generation campaigns.

•       You will be part of the Marketing team which consists of 5 permanent employees and one or two trainees, and you will report to the Marketing Manager.

Your profile

·  You have a university or graduate degree in Marketing or a general business administration field.
·  You have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar digital position – experience in B2B or e-commerce is a plus.
·  You have accumulated an all-round digital knowledge (and technical knowledge). You have knowledge of and experience with SEA & SEO, Web Analytics (Google Analytics or other) and A/B testing.
·  You have strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience in managing (digital) agencies.
·  You are an independent & proactive worker; you see the opportunities in being able to give form and content to your function and tasks. You prefer a structured & analytical approach in your work;
·  You are a team player, but also get energy from challenging colleagues to correctly translate their plans into a customer-driven online programme.

·  You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
