Our Team

The Tax Onboarding team is part of the global Operations team supporting all aspects of client onboarding to include the fulfilment of Anti Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Client (KYC), and Account Opening requirements including tax documentation. The Onboarding Tax Team is responsible for the control of client tax documentation and setup as well as the ongoing maintenance of Private Banking Accounts across multiple European platforms and ensuring compliance with local tax and regulatory static data requirements. 

Position Description:

·  Main focus will be on controls in order to ensure that information stored in our systems is accurate and matches client’s documentation received
·  Metrix and statistics generation
·  Updating client static data on various in house systems
·  Perform control checks on clients’ tax setup on the systems
·  Monitor the different tax reporting datelines
·  Understanding the clients’ tax documentation
·  Attending to our internal partners’ queries

Expected Skills

·  Relevant experience working in a tax related field
·  A degree qualification or professional certification relating to tax
·  Excellent organizational skills - attention to detail, methodical, process driven
·  Ability to multi task effectively
·  Team player
·  Strong Microsoft Word/ Excel knowledge
·  Fluency in English
·  Familiar with Common Reporting Standard
·  Familiar with US tax forms
·  General knowledge on the European tax regime, ie in Spanish, Italian, UK, French, German.
