The Role:

The role has been created to facilitate the expansion of the Dublin Private Equity and Real Estate team’s footprint, building upon the expertise fostered since the creation of the group.

J.P. Morgan are looking to recruit talented and driven individuals who would like to build a career in this growing industry. The role will consist of joining our Dublin PERES team servicing our clients Fund Administration, Investor Relations and Financial Reporting requirements.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to avail of J.P. Morgan’s professional development support through firm sponsored professional training (ACCA, ACA & CIMA) and a wide range of training opportunities within the firm’s own curriculum.

Job Responsibilities :
·  Maintain the books and records of Private Equity and Real Estate funds and their underlying structures.
·  Production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and reporting functions for a portfolio of closed ended private equity funds.
·  Production of LP / investors’ capital calls, distributions, investor financial reports and capital statements
·  Build strong relationships with Client contacts and demonstrate ownership for timely and accurate completion of deliveries.
·  Demonstrate strong appreciation and execution of internal controls, checklists and procedures.
Qualification / requirement
·  Ability to work in a high performing culture with time-sensitive deadlines
·  Technologically and Arithmetically capable
·  Demonstrates a willingness to learn and develop
·  Must be a team player with the ability to network with co-workers but also have the ability to work independently and prioritise own workflows.
·  Keen interest in pursuing professional qualification in accountancy
·  Proactive attitude, ability to multi-task and work to tight reporting deadlines.
·  Autonomous and rigorous.
·  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
·  Previous financial services experience an advantage but not a necessity.
