IVA Drones is the first booking platform for industrial and technical drone interventions.

We are a startup company founded 2 years ago, with the mission to become a digital partner of our customers, offering them the possibility to access a powerful platform to manage their drone missions, operational field management, and KPIs control to optimize their processes.

We connect a network of the best-in-class professional pilots with our customers to perform their missions with high-quality service and timely. Our customers range from big to medium and small size companies across different industries, telecommunications, infrastructure, real estate, among others. We currently have a presence in France and expanding to Switzerland and Spain.



Description of the role :

At IVA Drones, we are offering the unique opportunity to actually make an impact in a growing company with ambitious objectives.

We are looking for a global B2B marketing manager to be the first internal member of our marketing team, you will be the main responsible for implementing our marketing strategy across the different markets, focused mainly on inbound and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) activities, from the development of great content to support the sales team.



Responsibilities :

●Partnering with the sales team to develop strategies, and activities for customer acquisition and retention

●Working with team members in sales and management to keep the right customer target-segments (ICP & Buyer Personas) up to date.

●Assuring the consistency and coherence of the brand’s positioning: tone, style, attributes

●Managing B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social networks (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram), events & PR

●Mapping and developing the right content to each stage of the customer journey for each buyer persona and for each channel

●Guaranteeing the deployment of different types of content: blog-post, infographics, webinars, whitepapers, ebooks, success cases

●Writing from the scratch blog post and other content intending to connect with the audiences at the right moment

●Managing both on-site and off-site SEO for the company

●Building workflows for customer acquisition, landing page building, content allocation, and measurement

●Coordinating freelance collaborators and agencies in the development of high-level content (ebooks, whitepapers)

●Lead the relationship with the digital agency to monitor and optimize the SEM campaigns

●Managing affiliates and community programs for our network of pilots and customers

●Monitoring in our Zoho CRM the KPIs, processes, and results of the campaigns and programs implemented

Desired profile

About you :

●+3 years of experience working with inbound marketing in B2B environments

●Experience working with Account-Based Marketing strategies is a plus

●Comfortable working and developing ideal customer profiles and buyer personas

●Experience working with content strategies and editorial calendars

●Good track of writing and content generation

●Excellent digital skills, use to work with content management systems, platforms, marketing tools, and CRMs

●Startup fit: the ability to work in a quick environment. High energy, creative, results-driven, flexible

●Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

●Proactive, responsible, attention to detail and a good team player

●Hands-on, no excuse attitude. Playing by the example: writing blog posts, designing campaigns, and building spreadsheets if needed!

●Native French and high level of English is mandatory

●Availability: as soon as possible
