Marketing Assistant / Conference Sales Executive

Job description

Responsibilities:
[Marketing Assistant]
-Understand customer needs
-Perform market analysis for research on competition
-Assist with capturing for analyzing social media metrics
-Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas, then capitalize on those trends
-Provide sales of marketing communication support
-Perform other administrative duties as assigned

[Conference Sales Executive]
-Generate sales revenue through cold calling, emails and other channels
-Effectively communicate to potential delegates the features and benefits in attending courses or event
-Build a database client through online and phone research
-Manage client incoming enquiries and provide necessary assistance to close the deal
-Deliver leads through online prospecting and social media marketing and promotion
-Ensure complete administration and execution of all planned events
-Liaise with the event management team and carry out any other duties as directed by the Conference Head

Working details:
-5-days work week
-Reserve for half Saturday Commitment
-They will consider converting to long term employment depending on overall performance

Salary:
SGD $1000 per month (600 EUR)
