Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced engineer with deep understanding of Quality standards and methodologies like GS5000, ISO 9000, Automotive SPICE and CMMI as well as deep understanding of SW development practices and methodologies like V-Modell and Agile/SCRUM.

Your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:

·  Work closely with Sr. SQE and product development teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ramp up and establish necessary processes and methodologies in an automotive environment
·  Help to establish and monitor software quality requirements to ensure that goals are met
·  Drive effective software practices to ensure project work products comply with applicable standards
·  Track and provide software quality metrics to monitor progress of product deliveries according to quality criteria
·  Participate and drive activities to improve overall product and process quality

Qualifications:

You should possess a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Management, Organizational Management or alternatively, certification in Software Engineering or Software Quality from an accredited institution.

You must have a minimum of at least three years experience in the following fields:

·  Improving the quality of software, or the effectiveness of people or teams
·  data analysis and metrics generation techniques
·  knowledge of software development and build tools as well as advanced lifecycle management (e.g., GIT/gerrit, JIRA, Crucible/Fisheye, DOORS/DNG, RTC, Jenkins, Polarion, etc.)
·  Good understanding of Quality standards like ISO 9000 and models like CMMI and SW Development practices like V-Modell and SCRUM
·  experience in automotive projects as SW Engineer or SW Quality Engineer is considered a plus
·  understanding of automotive related processes and standards like (A)SPICE and ISO 26262 with applicable methodologies like FTA, FME(D)A, HAZOP, etc are preferred
·  Experience with multiprocessor systems, FPGAs, car sensors, computer vision and automated driving are a plus
