A candidate for a temporary position who has not yet graduated and is working towards a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree from a relevant academic institute. The Studentship is limited in time with the intent to hire into an College Graduate as appropriate. Please note that in order to be taken into consideration for this role you need to be enrolled in a study program.

Desired profile

Qualifications

You should be studying Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar in a University / University of applied sciences.

Required skills are:

  • Student working towards a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology/Computer Science or any other relevant technical field
  • Understanding of software development
  • Good English skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good team work and communication skills: the candidate should be capable of working in multi-disciplinary / site / cultural teams.

Desirable but not essential technical skills are:

  • Software skills including Perl, Tcl, Unix and Linux
  • Physical Synthesis/Place and Route, Floorplanning
  • Basic skills Logic Synthesis, Logic Equivalence Checking, Digital Semicustom Design, Static Timing Analysis
