Job Description

We are looking for a student to join our European Talent Organization, on a fixed-term contract, to support and perform activities in support of the onboarding and integration of our new employees in Poland. You will work alongside our recruitment team based in Poland and the onboarding and integration team located throughout the Greater European Region. Your primary focus will be to coordinate and manage all logistical activities to ensure the successful delivery of New Employee Orientation NEO training in Poland. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody with a passion for creating a great onboarding experience for our new employees.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·  Management of first day preparation and delivery in Poland from welcoming new hires to wrap up of their first day ensuring close alignment and clear communication with key stakeholders on site.
·  Management of collateral, materials and budget for Poland NEO.
·  Provide input and make recommendations for process improvements and ensure all materials and documents are kept up-to-date
·  Support other onboarding programs and broader talent programs as required.

Desired profile

Qualifications

You should be a student currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline with a passion for working in the area of Human Resources. Previous relevant HR or multinational experience would be an advantage.To be successful in this role you should have a keen attention to detail and be able to communicate well with a range of stakeholders through both written and verbal communications. You should have good organization skills, be able to plan ahead and prioritize your time well whilst taking initiative and applying good problem solving skills to your work.

You must be currently a student willing to undertake an internship for minimum 12 months. Key competencies include:
