We provide best in class Power Management Solutions for Intel's mobile platforms. One of the most important performance indicators for these platforms is the battery life time. This results in very demanding power consumption goals. Several power measures are in place in our design currently and we want to improve further on that topic. The next step is to enhance the pre-silicon power consumption analysis, i.e. the existing analysis approaches need to be aligned, configured and automated so that results are comparable and the analysis look and feel is streamlined between projects. We want you to step in for this next step.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to be part of a highly-dynamic and multi-national digital development team and to experience real-life design and analysis work.

Desired profile

You are best equipped for this task, if you are a motivated and dedicated Master Student in the area Electrical Engineering or Information Technology. Fluency in spoken and written technical English and/or German is required. We expect you to be motivated to learn new things and open for multi-disciplinary work in a multi-cultural team
Required/desired skills:
- Basic knowledge of digital pre-silicon design including VHDL/Verilog know how
- System Verilog together with OVM/UVM methodology
