Responsibilities

·  Support of AMS & RF Design Teams from design start towards chip tape-out
·  Solve Design Flow related problems
·  Design Flow development and enable future design methodologies in enhanced technology nodes
·  Used technologies: standard CMOS 65nm, 40nm, 28nm & 16nm FinFET

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Desired profile

Qualifications
• Experience with Electronic Design Automation Flows and Tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor) • Experience in Front-to-Back IC Design Flows with focus on AMS & RF solutions • Experience with Cadence Virtuoso environment, Schematic Entry & Simulation environment • Strong UNIX / Linux operating system and Data-Management software know-how • Good automation skills in SKILL, PERL, Python and/or TCL and/or Shell • Good in sharing technical knowledge, train & guide Design System users • English (fluent) required, German good (we can offer German classes) • Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science MSEE or BSEE with a minimum of 3 years of related experience
