Job description

R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s

Work with the team; organize tasks, coordination and supervision of work processes, as well as ensuring proper training and integration into the position for all the team members .

·  Responsible for the progress of the operational process

·  Communicate with team leaders about developments and status orders

·  Monitor all safety regulations and internal procedures and rules

·  Identify and report incidents. Performance and registration of tasks are also continuously monitored, recorded and reported

·  Discuss and assess the performance of the team members. Collaborate with performance reviews on employee performance

·  Maintain installations and production resources

·  Report improvement proposals related to the work environment

·  Training new team members and support their adaptation and integration into the position

E d u c a t i o n

HAVO / MBO level/ Education to Secondary Education or High School Diploma

E x p e r i e n c e

Min 3 years of logistic work experience

Min 1 year of work experience as a team leader in automated logistics / distribution centers / warehouse / stockrooms

 

K n o w l e d g e _ L a n g u a g e s

Dutch and English at a professional level

Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
