· You have a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or corresponding.
· You have 3+ years of experience from an international organisation, preferable within the area of procurement.
· You are fluent in English and German, both written and verbal.
You are a natural in building and maintaining good relationships with people and you have a strong business mind set and drive. New ways of working and change motivate you to find new possibilities and better solutions. Experience from procurement projects and driving business on a global level with multiple business partners is an advantage. About the job
You will be part of a new function called Market Procurement. Within Market Procurement we want procurement to be integrated with the market, understanding the needs better and contribute to the market plans, to enable speed, innovation, market relevance and user focus. We want to execute operational procurement effectively and efficiently for the whole IKEA Group across all categories.
Driven by the need of the markets and being part of a global organization, the global IKEA network opens up for many possibilities. You will be working across countries and regions. The positions are located in Germany, Wiesbaden and will relocate to Wallau in 2019, the positions will require some travel.
