About the job:

As Digital Web Analyst eCommerce you will translate business questions into analytical requirements and perform analyses to gain insights and identify gainful opportunities. You will make recommendations to improve website effectiveness by drilling into data in order to support sales, profitability and conversion rate. You will contribute to enhance our customers' online experience and to measure the performance of web and digital initiatives by defining, developing and delivering reporting and analysis that enables strategic and tactical business decisions. In the team of eCommerce you help to drive IKEA even further on the journey to a seamless shopping experience in a multichannel environment.

About the assignment:

·  You have a good understanding of Internet technologies
·  You have excellent knowledge of digital and web analytics tools
·  You educate on web metrics-terminology, concepts, trends insights and recommendations
·  You advance the understanding of the digital consumer decision journey by performing website behaviour and customer experience analysis
·  Computer skills and high proficiency in MS Office applications are a must
·  You have a good knowledge in German and English, both spoken and written

Additional Information :

For this fulltime position we offer you a yearly gross salary starting from € 21.644,- (collective agreement retail Austria). We are willing to pay more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement. Please note, that we start recruiting immediately and might close the process earlier when finding a suitable candidate.
