- You are self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team;
- You have experience of using commercial priorities to structure your work;
- You are good at adjusting your style of communication to get your message across to the receiver; - - You have experience as a team leader or manager for 3-5 years;
- You are an ambitious person who likes to work in a structured way according to a plan (plan, act and follow up);
- You have ambition to become a sales manager;
- You have the ability to lead and persuade people. 

What you will be doing
A commercial activity leader optimizes sales and profitability by increasing the visitation of the IKEA store. You will work with your stores’ Commercial Team to lead and implement the commercial calendar process. This exciting challenge calls for a flexible person who can apply her/his knowledge of the IKEA product range, the local market, competition and customers to retail sales.

- A fulltime contract with a salary between € 2250 and 3000.
