JOB DESCRIPTION
Product Marketing professionals apply deep industry, buyer, and segment expertise to interlock with business stakeholders and Geo and Market marketing teams to architect the end-to-end WW industry marketing strategy. They are dedicated members of a Diamond Team.

The Consumer Diamond team will implement 2-3 buying agendas in target Markets, delivering a clear point of view in the market; creating traction for IBM in Consumer Industry, and creating validated opportunities.
This position is located Armonk, NY with requirement to be in New York City a few days per week.

KEY ACTIVITIES
·  Focused on growing Consumer business WW
·  Owns key elements of Marketing Business Plan for Consumer - market insight, industry segmentation, buyer prioritization and insight, value proposition, priority offerings, and routes to market strategy
·  Works with rest of WW Consumer Diamond Team to develop marketing strategy, content blueprint, campaign maps and enablement requirements
·  Collaborates with sales leaders and business stakeholders to identify and target growth opportunities: industries, segments, clients, buyers, solutions
·  Work with Markets to obtain and integrate local market insights and feedback on Geo trends

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Industry eminence, with previous experience in industry marketing
·  "Anthropologist" - have a strong “client-first” viewpoint, to understand the needs and wants of target buyers
·  "Story Teller" - ability to communicate complex messages in ways that engage buyers
·  Previous sales or consultancy experience beneficial
·  Product Management experience
·  Ability to work cross-countries and cross-teams
