IBM is recruiting for the position of Workforce Communications INTERNSHIP/STAGE.

For the IBM Workforce Communications team we are looking for a student who can assist the Benelux team in their day to day business and bring in fresh new ideas for WFE projects. The candidate will assist the team in day to day tasks such as measuring and following up the success of WFE ongoing projects, write articles, take interviews, promote WFE activities among the employees etc. Ideally the candidate will propose and execute his/her own WFE project.
Period: 3 months.
What you can expect from this internship:
1. Work with the Benelux workforce enablement team (employee communication and education)
2. A mix of hands on tasks and managing your own projects within the team
3. Get familiar with our IBM connections platform to engage IBMers via social means Make sure the internal community platform is up to date.
4. Learn to work with Watson Campaign Automation to create and improve employee mails (measured via open rates and clickthrough rates)
5. Assisting on internal communication and enablement projects (newsletters, online communication, events etc)

Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must be students registered at a university for the current academic year with the purpose of obtaining a master's or bachelor's degree. Students who have already graduated are no longer eligible, even if supported by the school, unless they have a new school registration in place to obtain an additional degree.
