Workday@IBM is IBM's transformation program that consolidates HR and Payroll processes globally. This is a multi-year program aimed at replacing legacy processes and systems across IBM. As part of COE, we are looking to expand in EMEA for Workday HR/ Payroll consultants.
As Integration Consultant:
· As Tier 1 support for Workday work closely with in-country HR / Payroll specialists, collaborate in fixing and stabilising the process and the tool
· Based on severity and complexity of the incident / CRs, implement changes in the system modules, test and deploy
· For higher severity and complexity incident / CRs pass it to Tier 2 / Integration team support
· Consult Tier 3 (in-country Subject Matter Experts) in higher severity and complexity incident / CRs
· Work with Integration team and Third-Party Vendors for discovery and design sessions
· Participate in specific integrations, write Technical Design / Specifications
· Independently engage with third party vendors, as needed

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required:
· Confident English language skills
Experience in any HR or Payroll related process (1-2 year experience)
· Entry level experience in any reporting system, running queries (irrelevant of technology)
· Basic understanding of latest IT trends, Concept of SaaS and Could-based systems
Desired:
· Sound understanding of one or more functional modules in Workday: EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Studio
· Experience in designing and developing complex reports using BIRT
· Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP and Studio
· Proactive and flexible attitude, openness, self-development
· Team spirit, adaptable skills, decision-making ability
