Position Overview
The Project Coordinator provides analytic, research, client, and administrative support as part of a team that delivers health care information and consulting services to clients. The Project Coordinator performs project work and carries out administrative tasks as needed.
Essential Responsibilities
· Research and extract data from various sources to fulfill project requirements. Examples include performing literature reviews; collecting and properly storing data on behalf of a project or projects; submitting and managing expense reports; and supporting Section 508 compliance reviews
· Perform a variety of responsible administrative tasks to support hiring and personnel management, manage office supplies and equipment, and work successfully with business partners, vendors, and the public
· Format deliverables such as reports and memoranda, posters, podium presentations, and journal manuscripts
· Work well in close collaboration with project team members and other employees

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Position Requirements
· 2+ years administrative support experience working across various levels within an organization
· 2+ years experience collecting data, building reports, reviewing literature, creating expense reports as well as managing calendars/conference rooms
· Demonstrated quantitative abilities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with individuals at various levels within the organization and external clients
· Good critical thinking, judgement, questioning, and listening skills
· Excellent attention to detail as well as problem-solving and analytical skills
· Time management skills for handling multiple tasks simultaneously, while completing work within allocated time frames
· Intermediate capability in Microsoft Word and Excel
