Title: Partner Manager, Global PMO
Location: Cambridge, MA (Boston); Hartland, WI; or remote (US)
Job Summary
Working under minimal supervision the Manager, Global PMO has a critical leadership role, responsible for the structured coordination of strategic partnerships across all Imaging offerings. You will coordinate, lead, drive and facilitate partnership discussions, including detailing potential integrations across the Imaging offerings. This position will work closely with Offering Management, Research & Development, Legal, Procurement, and Regulatory & Quality teams to drive proper strategy and compliance to any partner relationship.
Essential Job Duties
· Creates and facilitates an environment allowing efficient cross-functional team interaction to meet the goals set by the Offering Manager.
· Coordinates and oversees the completion of all aspects of the partnership/supplier requirements, including clearance and approval through our Quality Management System.
· Develops and implements a variety of tools, concepts, practices, and procedures to effectively manage projects.
· Leads, mentors, and inspires team members cross-functionally to accomplish group goals.
· Develops project/program proposals and effectively communicate requirements to gain management support and buy-in.
· Identifies and communicates possible improvements in the work process for customers and peers.
· Pursues a program of self-development through the use of selected reading, seminars, and participation in continuing education.
· Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or upper management.
Required Knowledge & Experience
· At least 5 years of experience in project management. (3 years for Masters Degree), preferably software development project management
· Strong written and oral communication with the ability to present ideas in business-friendly and professional manner
· Advanced judgment, problem resolution, organizational, cross-collaboration, conflict resolution, negotiation, and decision-making skills
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent work experience
Preferred Requirements
· PMP certification is preferred
· Familiarity with quality management systems is preferred
· Experience working in (FDA) regulated environments is preferred
