Supplier and Plan Manager for Commercial Financing

Job description

  IBM Global Financing is looking for someone to join the Worldwide Commercial Financing Operations team as a Supplier and Plan Management Coordinator, located in IGFs Budapest COE.
·  The primary responsibility for this role is to work with the Sales and Business Support teams to set up and maintain key Supplier Data and agreed financing plans in IRFS, Commercial Financing's core IT application.
·  This is a mission critical role and requires strong organizational and time management skills.
·  Other prerequisites for this role include a solid knowledge of the Commercial Financing business, ability to work independently, attention to detail, problem solving skills, strong excel skills, customer service skills, sensitivity to deadlines, ability to work with a remote team, and knowledge of IBM's business controls practices.
·  Having experience with working dealer accounts or manufacturer owner experience would be helpful and provide a good platform for getting educated about the particularities of this job role.
The individual will needs to work the last business day of the month and the first business day of the month as month end requests will need to be processed. There may also be needs to be on conference calls with other Geo's outside of standard business hours, as this is a WW role.
