IBM Maximo MRO Inventory Optimization Support Team is looking for you to join us as a full-time Support Engineer in the London office at Feltham.

Our clients reach out to us from anywhere in the world when they need help for their IBM Maximo MRO Inventory Optimization. We share insight, analyze problems and manage maintenance activities.

The team takes pride in the success of our clients. We jump on remote session, join conference calls, keep an eye on their systems

The Maximo MRO Inventory Optimization Support Team is looking for a customer facing Support Engineer.

This position provides the opportunity to work in a high growth area in the Watson Internet of Things organization. The successful candidate will work with our world class Maximo MRO Inventory Optimization software providing remote debugging and resolution to our clients world-wide, with focus on the regions Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Level 2 support is vital for our IBM clients to use and leverage IBM software to solve their business problems. The team brings problem resolutions closer to the client and works via a common, efficient and streamlined process.

The role provides technical support assistance directly (phone/email) to clients using problem determination and technical analytical skills. Will use technical and negotiations skills in collaboration with other support organizations to prioritize and work problems to resolution.
You will develop, document, and communicate action plans to clients and IBM teams as appropriate.
Look for avenues to recommend/or implement new solutions or improvements to existing technical support tools, procedures, or processes.
Collaborate with other support and development teams to find a solution. Communicate with the client regularly and keep them updated of the status and progress.
Participate in department objectives such as building the knowledge base (writing technical tips and social media contributions), improving serviceability, mentoring team members, and contributing to high customer satisfaction.
