Reliability Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer specialized in semiconductor devices. The candidate should have a background in physics and electrical engineering, focusing on reliability of CMOS Devices and memory cells. Knowledge of and experiences with reliability issues such as TDDB, HCI, BTI, EM, write error rate, write/read disturbance error, resistance drift and sneak path are desired.
The primary responsibilities of this position include but not limited to
·  Understanding the degradation/failure mechanisms and reliability requirements for CMOS devices. Knowledge of NVM cell device and array is a plus. Contributing to the definition and determination of failure mode and reliability targets.
·  Designing experiments to identify the root cause of device failure/malfunction.
·  Performing and developing accelerated testing and data analysis techniques for reliability characterization and qualification.
·  Developing empirical and physics-based predictive model for reliability assessment and qualification.
·  Working with process and integration teams to address device/array deficiencies by providing fast and effective feedback.
·  Leading cross-functional teams to enable reliability improvement.
