Job description
Graduate on this role will be member of RCIS ETS team and participate in remote ETS support for Storage platform and will be responsible for preparation of regular technical documents (review reports), handling and resolving complex issues with supported products (being able for troubleshooting, collecting and analyzing appropriate logs, dumps, providing how-to answers and performance related advises) and involve appropriate Brand teams for investigations if necessary.
Graduate on this role also participates in delivery of local Premium contracts in Storage area, including installations, consulting, performance management checks.
