Manager - Production Control and Batch Operations

Job description

People manager over the AT&T JAZZ team and Release Implementation Support team. Leads individuals and teams to insure alignment with IBM's strategic directions specifically in the GTS organization. Responsibilities includes
·  Defining and determining work processes and priorities.
·  This role must interface with other AT&T support groups inside IBM as well as external vendors to insure all necessary Mainframe Production Control components/changes are properly coordinated with any impacted group.
·  This role provides leadership in Agile coaching duties for US and Brazil managers. Provides leadership on the SOLO (Sys Ops Limited Operations) initiative within the US.
