Job description

Job role specific responsibilities: *　

- Manages and controlls the contracted systems and subsystems　

- Proactively checks and monitors the contracted systems and subsystems　

- Ensures systems and subsystems availability according to service level agreements　

- Uses the incident and problem management tools, processes and services to solve incidents and problems　

- Uses the change management tools, processes and services to complete the scheduled changes　

- Initiates and schedules new changes based on change management processes and procedures　

- Manages all compliance related workload in accordance with the realted processes and procedures　

- Restarts failing system and subsystem components after outages　

- Provides assistance to Help Desk, if needed　

- Obtains assistance from more experienced colleagues from the team, if needed　

- Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by his/her superior.　

Additional :　

Providing advanced technical support to other departments and users.　

· Actioning GDPS related requests and issues　

· Performing Advanced Problem Determination　

· Follow-Up of Major Problems with Technical Support　

· Responding & Actioning User Requests　

· Responding to Technical Support Problem Requests　

· Acting as Focal Point for Other Departments Requiring OOH Callout　

· Technically Reviewing and Approving Operations Related Changes　

· Assigning Basic Operations Related Changes to 1st Level　

· Resource & Time Scheduling Operations Related Changes for 1st/2nd Level　

· Administering HMC Userids for Operations and Other Groups　

· Supporting Disaster Recovery Test Operations
